Very clean, amenities more than sufficient for the price. The breakfast was great as well with an open-buffet which is imho the best model for hotel breakfasts. In the room a small bottle of free water (a nice gesture), AC with a precise thermostat, large shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The bed was cery comfortable, curtains block out light completely, which makes it easy to fall asleep. It was also very quiet in my floor and the location of the hotel means that you will likely hear no cars passing by that often. Overall, I loved it and next time I’m in Kraków, I’ll definitely prefer to stay there.

After an unfortunate stay at the Hilton Warsaw, we were prepared for the worst. But surprisingly we liked it. There is no additional charge for a child (6 years old). The breakfast was great, but the main thing was croissants and bacon)) The staff is very nice and polite! Dinner at the hotel - nice waitresses, delicious food. The room was not cleaned until 2 o'clock, but we went to the reception and cleaned everything, changed the bed, added water. I write about this because in some hotels it is considered the norm not to change linen. Parking at the hotel is free, but on the street.

The hotel is in walking distance from the Tauron Arena and just few minutes driving distance from the city center. The room was extra clean with a small water boiler, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. The bathroom was big enough and well equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, etc). The breakfast was very delicious and there was a wide selection of food (different types of baked goods, cereals, fried eggs, black pudding, tomato beans, pastries, vegetables, waffles, fruit juice, coffee made from freshly grounded coffee beans and many more.)

It is well standardized Hilton 3 star product. When I book Hampton I always sure what I receive. Breakfast is included in all categories which is cool. There was a free parking outside which is perfect. May be we were lucky. We booked at the day of arrive and price was lower than usual.
